Senior product designer turning complex, data-heavy products into clarity: 0-to-1 and AI-native, built close to engineering.

Giulia Peruzzi — Product & UX Designer

ABOUT

Most marketing problems are really product problems.

I'm Giulia, a senior product designer with seven years turning complex, data-heavy products into interfaces people can actually use. I work end to end: research and strategy, design systems, and shipped, conversion-driving UI. I work close to engineering, making front-end and architecture calls alongside the people building, so the design ships intact instead of dying in handoff.

I came up through brand, content, and growth before going deeper into product, and I treat that as an edge, not a footnote: most marketing problems are really product problems. At Smoke Rise I was the sole product designer for a D2C and B2B fashion label, managing a three-person creative team while rebuilding the funnel for a ~20% conversion lift, sustaining a 4.6× ROAS, and owning the brand system end to end.

These days I build with AI in the loop. I designed Missivio, a 0-to-1 AI email platform built on one rule — the AI proposes, never acts — now in development with engineers; and IC Parts Hub, a live B2B sourcing platform where 59,000 parts resolve into a single path to a quote. Claude Code and Figma MCP are part of my real process (exploration, prototyping, research synthesis), and I've open-sourced the design skills I built around them. Making AI feel simple and trustworthy, and designing for the states most people skip (empty, error, pending, retry), is where I do my best work.
